Have you used your Aetna OTC benefit yet?
Here are some tips:
To shop online create an account here https://www.cvs.com/otchs/MyOrder
If your plan includes an Extra Benefits card be sure to ACTIVATE your card at at Aetna.NationsBenefits.com/Activate or Call 877-204-1817.
At checkout always select "credit”. A PIN is never needed.
The new labels should have the OTCH indicator on the upper right hand corner (see the picture below)
